This is the last day to get the Sitpack Zen X series on Kickstarter!
With only 24 hours left of the campaign, we are having a hard time keeping our hands down. Humbled by the support and input we are mentally and physically preparing our self for the though production times ahead.

Dear All,
This has been an amazing week. We have been taken aback by the support and positive comments on Sitpack ZEN-X series.
We have received a lot of comments on the campaign, and have had a blast connecting with backers – soaking up your input and improvements to campaign, including suggestions a better explanation of the “pack” pledges. We have improved FAQ – and of course input on stretch goals and ideas to product improvements.
If you are interested in having your idea implemented in the new Sitpack – please send us a message and well take it into consideration for our Stretch goals.

- Foot with spike - for soft turf or muddy surface
- Leather seat.
- Wider seat for increased support
- Adaption of the top part for camera mounting

Production update: Today, we meet with the factory owner, to get a status update on which parts we can get start with as early as possible. At the moment we are making tools for the top part, and the seat wings, and will start on the aluminium tubes as well. As soon as we have more good news we will send a new update.

PRODUCTION: We are taking the initial steps towards mass production these days. After finalizing the production meeting with our manufacturing partner, last Thursday, we are moving forward, with the production of the first tools here in December.
Sitpack Zen consists of 35 unique parts, and requires special tools for most of them. Total amount of tools: 18 (not including any textiles for the seat)
Tool investment include: Injection molds, Aluminium and carbon tube tools, deep drawing tools for the top part, and extrusion tools for slider and seat fixation rings.
Tools for wings and top part - was set in motion before the campaign, and we are working on getting them as smooth and nice as possible. For reference, we going for that MacBook feel on all aluminum parts.
STRETCH GOALS: We are very happy for the amount of engagement, both in the comments and in private massages regarding stretch goals. We have chosen the stretch goal that aligns well with current production plan, as not to cause unnecessary delays. However: another stretch goal might be added next week.
Current seat width: 5.7cm / 2.4 - the updated seat width: 7.7cm /3" - and it is the maximum width, we can make, without making the seat too clumsy. In addition - we are working on developing a method to keep the original size, but making a sort of flip-able installation, which will keep the seat at the same original size but can be expanded, depending on developing cost, this might be a stretch goal in it self. We will inform you guys, when we know more about this.
- There is a good chance that the wider seat will include a zip-pocket - on the backside of the seat, agin more testing is needed and we will return with info asap.
